Nomad Vocals is a vocal collective founded in the spring of 2020. The young musicians are united by their passion for high-quality ensemble and choral music. Since May 2021, Nomad Vocals has been home to seven fixed, actively rehearsing vocal groups, as well as a group of talented singers with a strong choral singing background, who together form a chamber choir and a larger mixed choir.

As the name suggests, Nomad Vocals, meaning "wandering voices," brings together singers from all over Finland to sing together with purpose. At the moment, the singers gather to practice from Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Mikkeli, Lappeenranta, Joensuu, Tampere, Turku, Oulu, and Helsinki. Anyone from anywhere in Finland can apply to join the collective as long as they are willing to travel.

But music and singing have been my refuge, And music and singing shall be my light. - Frank Ticheli
